This course is for everyone in the office. Create and update patient records automatically with Weave's Digital Forms integration with Open Dental or Practice Web. By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:

• Enable Forms Writeback Settings to update existing patient records, create new patients, and save PDFs to your system of record
• Utilize your Medical Conditions Option Sets from your system of record in your Forms
